2. Description of Service

HappyClaw provides cloud-hosted OpenClaw instances and related services. Offerings may be purchased as one-time premium membership tiers or as described at checkout. Membership benefits apply toward HappyClaw services as published—they are not transferable, resellable, or redeemable for cash unless required by law. Unless explicitly stated, checkout flows on this site are one-time payments processed by Stripe, not recurring subscriptions.

3. Product Delivery

• Access instructions for hosted services are provided after successful payment
• Membership or access updates are reflected according to the flow used (direct purchase or external webhook)
• We may adjust pricing or offerings with reasonable notice where permitted

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected products. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Sales tax may apply based on your location.

5. Refund Policy

6. API Integration

If you integrate external checkout, you are responsible for validating webhook signatures, idempotency, and correctly updating user access on your systems. Contact us for integration support.
